Took my class on January 9th in Smithville. Applied on the 11th, printed on the 12th....permit in mailbox in Brentwood on the 16th of February...woohoo! Took my Wally Walk tonight in Smithville at about 11:30. Bought 9mm, CCI 22lr Stingers, and some 357 magnums. They were stocked better than I had seen them in a while.

Went by a Mapco in Smithville that stocks ammo. They had 10 boxes of 380 auto...I bought them all:) Now I need to go find a 380 pistol...lol!

Congratulations on getting your HCP, especially so quickly. I need to start the Wally World circuit for some reserve ammo myself.

Wow, you bought 10 boxes of .380 that is nearly impossible to find? You didn't leave any for someone else that actually HAD a .380??

Allen's gun shop in Clarksville had a lot of .380 a few days ago. Speer Lawman, Magtech, and some other Hollow Points. I found some Remington UMC at WalMart in Waverly too.

I've got a Ruger LCP and I've been able to find .380 regularly. Maybe I'm just lucky.

I do the Wally Walk at least monthly. I get the best price on my World of Warcraft game cards fro myself and girlfriend. Oh, I also get some ammo if available.

They have never had a problem selling to me due to my openly carrying a firearm. I've had one occasion that they would not sell to me due to it being after 11pm.

I didn't Wally Walk first, I know, I know. But I did CC this past weekend for the first time.

Went into Old Navy and Pet Smart. Glad to get the first one out of the way.

I have had my permit since early january, took about a month to get it in. First place I carried, this may be odd, was church. There is alot of fellow members that carry. At first was odd feeling carrying, but now its odd not to have it on me.
