Looks better to me. I like wood grips against SS.
My model 64 has wood on the way, then all my Smiths will have handsome wood grips.

Sped Strips are the way to go. I don't know why more stores don't carry them. They're kinda tough to find. I'd like some for a 44/45. I've got plent for 38/357. They aren't quite as fast as round speedloaders, but they are a heck of a lot easier to carry with you.

I like them, I have two and saw some at our local shop the other day, just not sure of the caliber.

You know, revolvers with the shrouded hammer like that have always reminded me of the hunchback of Notre Dame. Though if you are on the business end of one, I'd expect you'd find no sanctuary.

Midway has 2 6 round 44/45/460 for 7.99 plus shipping.

I have bought several items from them and they are very quick on shipping the product out.

Saw a nice looking Model 29, nickle today. Nice wood grips. I'm really feelin' it.

Look at a nice Model 29 that's blue with nice wood...then you've made it to the top. :blah:

i like the wood grips. if you carry iwb the rubbery grips will do a number on ur love handles. That's the main reason i swapped my old 38 to wood.
