Judge Napolitano has Damon Root on as his guest as they discuss the upcoming Supreme Court ruling that will effect the States abilities to recognize individually there own liberties and in particular the 2nd Amendment.

Don't know why the video doesn't appear like it normally does. But click on "youtube" at the top of the video box and it will take you to the video.

I really like Damon's explanations of the issues raised by Judge Nepalitano. And I totally agree with everything he said. Great interview. Thanks for posting.

Thanks for posting this. Judge Napolitano is -- I believe -- perhaps the greatest statesman of our age.

The statists always try to talk out of both sides of their mouths. They usually argue that federal law trumps state law (when it gives them more power). Now they have the gall to argue that state law sometimes trumps federal law (again, only when it gives them more power). They will advance any argument, no matter how twisted and illogical, as long as it serves their needs.

He believes in justice and the Constitution, which is all anyone could ask for.

I wonder why Judge Napolitano hasn't been nominated for the Supreme Court. I really respect his knowlege of, and views on, the U. S. Constitution.

Unfortunately probably answered your own question...."his knowledge of... the U. S. Constitution"

It's kind of like one website i followed. He goes by lawyerdude (look him up

on google) and says the the fundamental right of driving with the

restrictions of having a driver's license is wrong, and there are all kinds of

supreme court decisions that go along with that. That is is our right to be free to

come and go as we please. If somebody could think

of a way, or have the balls (not to mention the time and money it would

take) to get these basic human rights that we are supposed to enjoy

changed (or the laws, that is) that would be something.
