I'm headed to pick up a Sig p238 today and I was wondering if anyone had a pocket holster they would recommend that won't break the bank. And yes I can do a google search, but I'm asking for personal experience with a holster. Thanks

Try these. I have one for a J-frame and a Keltec P3AT

Work great...and cheap.

Bronk's right, the Nemesis is a good all around and inexpensive solution for any pocket sized semi or revolver. I've used one myself, they're very comfy:

Want something fancier? My man David Bullard makes a nifty leather one, has wallet panel that can be used on either side for back pockets, or removed for left or right front pocket:

JeffSig is a TGOer who sells something similar: www.SigPower.com

Several folks swear by the Kydex ones made right here in E. TN by Aholster:

Certainly, Kydex is thin, and thin is good in a pocket.

Even though I'm a leather holster freak in general, when I carry my PM9, it's in a Stellar Rigs Kydex model:

And of course, many other makers.

Keep your money here in Tennessee! Buy an Aholster. I have their pocket holster for a Glock 26 and I'm convinced that it is the only pocket holster that will work well for a gun that size. The gun draws well and the holster stays in the pocket. They also do multiple colors and mine was shipped to me quickly even though I got it in OD which I understand has to be made upon ordering.

Agreed! Shop local!

I had an aholster for my j-frame for a while. Great craftsmanship, quality fit and finish. I just didn't like it? Nothing wrong with it, I just didn't like how it rode in my pocket, and the presentation was awkward to me. Try one, though. They are rather inexpensive. I actually PIF'd mine some time back.

They are all made upon ordering which is why Alan told me I was still waiting for mine after 1 week. It is a great holster for and a good price at around $34 shipped. I have 2 and really like them. The picture is in its own thread.
