Looking for a new bow...

Alright fellas, I am looking at going to another bow here real soon and I was curious to see what you all think the better bows are. I currently have a Diamond Rapture and I like it, but I don't love it. I am kind of partial to Bowtech, but I am not against another brand. I am looking to stay under $500 new or used. Tell me what you think. I am ready for it to warm up so I can get back out there and shoot some. Have a blessed day!

Right now I am shooting a Mathews Switchback XT. I really like this bow. It is compact and shoots well for me. I have not shot a Bowtech but have heard a lot of nice things said about them.

I have a hoyt xtec and I wouldn't get any thing else.

I have both a Switchback and Bowtech rapture, bought the bowtech this year and would much rather shoot it than the switchback. The rapture is faster than the switchback and bears element.Cant beat a bowtech for the price they are. In my opinion keep it, but if not ill give you 5.00 for it.HAHA

The only two brands I would be interested in would be either Bowtech or Mathews personally. If you're partial to Bowtech then I would lean that way if I were you. I myself have been bouncing back and forth on what I want in a bow for a year now. In that time about the only real decision that I've been able to make on the subject is that I know I'm not going to buy a new one this time. Bows seem to lose their value quicker than vehicles do.

I have a Martin Bobcat and a Martin Mamba. It has been over twenty years since I have picked them up or done anything with them. I think I'll dig them out this weekend and see if they are still in working order.
