This is a Bulgarian 5.45x39mm SBR I just got. I dig.

Surprisingly, it's the most accurate AK I've ever shot.

The only things I'm going to change on it...

*Ditch the Saw pistolgrip in favor of a standard AK one.

*Throw an XS Big Dot frontsight on it.

*Add a light.

I'm curious why you went with the 5.45? Any other advantage than cheaper to shoot? Its a great looking gun!

It wasn't ammo cost (I'm not going to shoot corrosive through it, either).

For me, it was all about controllability.

how long is the barrel length not counting the chamber???

do ak rifle stocks fit onto those w/o modding. (I am aware of the nfa status chage)

That is awesome! I'd love to see that sucker shoot at dusk... Of course I'd be wearing ear plugs and muffs. I was recently fondling my AK and thinking if it had a folding stock it could ride in the front seat. That sucker with a short mag could sit in your lap. Thanks for sharing your pictures!
