Have never seen any AK's; and as for the AR, I've only seen the Remington R-15.

And secondly, they are RIDICULOUSLY overpriced on guns!

Would be better to drive the extra 15 miles or so up I-65 and head for Guns and Leather.

No AKs or ARs. I wouldn't say they are overpriced, but you'll be hard pressed to find any real deals on firearms. For my money, I would head the same distance in the other direction and go see Joe down at Hero-Gear. The Outpost at exit 89 has a bunch of EBRs, too. The only big box store I know of in Nashville that carries ARs is Academy Sports down at Cool Springs.

It's worth it. So is the drive to Hero-Gear in Manchester. I've done them both in one day on one of our macho, testosterone-saturated, man-size roadtrips!:)

Bass Pro is a wasted trip... neat to browse if you're already at opry mills, but take the above advice and go to Guns and Leather or Hero Gear. Bass Pro is high across the board.

Try the Academy of Self Protection in Joelton, bought my Stag Arms AR "lefty" there last year...got an outstanding deal on it...bought it cheaper than alot of used AR's were going for on GOC! Friendly and knowledgeable staff, and they have a great shooting range to boot.

Like's been said on here before....you can write Bass Pro off your AK / AR shopping list. :usa:

They have an okay shooting range. The ventilation in there sucks.
