Looking for personal experience here. Who here has used it and how loud are the 1/2 lb targets? Have you used the 1 lb targets? How much land did you do this on in relation to homes neaby etc.

Just trying to get an idea of how loud these things are before we go try them.

Its pretty loud. You dont really need alot of land to shoot it by itself. But if you are going to put it in a old car or a refrigerator you need some space because it will blow crap everywhere. And if you are going to put in in a car or refrigerator get back from it at least 200-300 yards, because everything it blows up is shrapnel. By the way, it takes alot more than a pound to blow a car apart. Watch this, they get a commercial in at the end but there is some good info in it.

I have watched many, many videos and received the DVD with my shipment. Just curious how much "attention" the 1/2 lb targets will create????

If you can shoot your AR's all day long without anyone getting pissed you should be ok. Its the bigger amounts that start rattling windows.

I have.

It will have a big enough shock wave to move the grass 50 yards away. It's loud, but I doubt it will bother anyone unless they're within a couple of hundred yards.

I highly recommend you try it at least once, if you have a place to do it. If you have enough land to safely shoot on, I think you should be okay.

Yea a few. But mostly the 1lb'ers.

It's the most fun you will ever have. You will grow tired of the 1/2 lbs pretty quick and start making bigger and bigger and bigger charges. 8lbs is the biggest I've done. You will giggle like a school girl every time you shoot one.

Tannerite is literally a BLAST!!! Do yourself a favor and call your local law enforcement first. If you have anyone within 1/2 mile they will hear it and they are likely to call the sheriff.

Remember that it is velocity that detonates the targets. You will waste targets by shooting at them with .22s and pistols.
