A little blue loctite, get a bigger pin, a high strength metal epoxy and clean off excess before it dries. There are a number of options.

ok I have alot of loctite I bought cheap on ebay a while back cause I have from time to time done fabrication and mechanical assembly and repair. will I have major problems removing this if I loctite this one since it isn't threaded?

If you use the blue loctite, no. A few whacks and it should come out. If not, apply a bit of heat.

If you use the red loctite or metal epoxy, yes. Drilling it out may be your best option.

+1 (if you can)

Shoot that baby at night with just a brake and it will be way bright.

Here's what I did (bottom rifle)...

Threaded and threw on a A1-style flash hider. Total difference.

Also, I wouldn't count on Loc-tite withstanding the heat created at the muzzle.

ok, took the rifle to a range today. and I could even hit near where I aimed in the dirt nor could another person there. I noticed brass marks in the bore of the muzzle on hte muzzle brake and even some chipping if I was it correctly:eek: what is it with people putting on cheap gay chinese junk onto quality firearms:shake:

gonna remove it and measure hte diameter and possibly get it threaded

Very nice....I like the color contrast with the bottom one. Looks good. :D

Threading is not that that hard and you don't have to remove the barrel. If you don't want to buy a die here is another link where you can rent one:dinzagarms

If you try loctite or something along those lines, its going to loosen(heat) and you'll have the same problem again.

Already changed.

One of my officers has discovered Krylon...I gave him my SAR-1 to play with.
