Slightly off topic but, I have stopped twice to pick up flags. One was a window flag like you normally see with sports teams in the middle of the road in front of Nashville State. The other was a typical 2 by 3 or 4 foot nylon flag in the median on I-24. I just cant drive by and leave them.

I completely understand, as it bothers the helloutta me, too. Maybe the poor folks are just that; poor. I would opt to buy 'em a new one. You can find reasonable ones cheap. It is a polite way to say, "Wake-Up Numb-Nuts!"

Of course, you could always pull a Jim Broussard on 'em!

Love this:

I have one thing to say to that flag cutting vigilante, Jim Brossard.

From the United States Code Title 36 Chapter 10 Section 174 Paragraph © Inclement weather: The flag should not be displayed on days when the weather is inclement, except when an all weather flag is displayed.
