Show in Jackson Tn last weekend

Did anyone go to the show last weekend? If so how was it? My daughter's birthday was Sunday so I could not go. Just wondering how it was.

It was very, very crowded on Sat. morning. You couldn't get up to vendor tables and could hardly walk. The vendor prices on SKS's, AK, and AR type long guns were considerably lower than recent shows with a lot to choose from. Handgun prices seemed to still be extremely high. There didn't appear to be as many individual sellers/traders as usual and I didn't see a lot of money changing hands.

First show I've been to in a year due to health reasons. I was hoping the crowds had thinned, nope just as bad as last year. I did pick up a couple of empty ammo cans and a holster for my LCP. There was still plenty of jerky and knives on hand.--MP

I go to every gun show in WTN. I do so as an NRA Recruiter. Jackson was busy, but as good as the year before. I do know that a few dealers did OK. Sign ups for the NRA was fair. If anyone would like to sign up and if you live in WTN then let me know. I am also Chairman of Friends of NRA and we will have our banquet on June 6th this year. We support the shooting sports, espcially the youth and woman. We will have an organizing meeting on Feb 11 at 1830 hrs. It will be at The Great Outdoor Store Shooting Range meeting room.
