I hope they lay three times the stompin on manning that they did on Favre.

That was one heck of a game. I didn't care who won, but I'm glad to see the Saints go...Finally! Sadly, it was a much better game than the Super Bowl will be.

Laissez les bons temps rouler! Go Saints!

I'll be dating myself but, been a fan since '67. WHO DAT!!!!! GO SAINTS!!!!

Since day 1? And I thought my 22 years of being a bag-over-the-head fan was torture! :no1:

I don't think I sat that close to the tv for that long in my life!

They're still partying and already the Colts are favored by 3 1/2

Im sorry but you cant help but respect Favre...he took a beating and kept getting back up. I didnt really care who won as long as it was a good game...unfortunately I think Favre would have given the Colts a much better game....im afraid the Saints are gonna get thumped in the Super Bowl...5 turnovers by the Vikings...that game should have never gone into overtime.

I was pretty neutral, but I think the Vikings would have given the Colts a better run for their money. If NO plays the way they did Sunday, the Colts will roll all over them.

Two of the Vikings turnovers led directly to points. The Harvey fumble gave NO the tying touchdown and the other fumble kept Minn from scoring earlier. I like the Saints but the Viking gave them that one. They (NO) couldn't move the ball, other than two big plays, and they let the the Vikings have their way on offense and defense. The only thing that stooped the Vikings was their jello hands. The Super Bowl could indeed be anti-climatic.

But that was two good teams playing.

So you are saying Colts 4th in total offence,3rd in passing,5th in total defence, 4th in rushing yards. Is not a good team.

NFL Stats: Team

And if you check out the stats the saints are not even on this page.:D:P

Saints had to play dirty to win. They knew they had to somehow hurt farve to have a chance in hell. Farve came really close to beating them and he could barely walk out onto the field.

Oh and the Colts are gonna put a beating on those poor saints. I would have much rather seen the vikings go and at least give the colts some competition.

Any given Sunday....

Who would of thought that the Ravens would beat the Patriots? or the Jets would beat the Chargers? Anything can happen and in the Superbowl there's no home-field advantage, statistics don't matter, season record doesn't matter. It's one game...

Go Saints!!!

Show me a team that doesn't try to take out the best player on the other team if they get the chance and I will show you an 0 and 16 team.

It is part of the game. Personally I think they protect the quarterback WAY TOO MUCH. They called an unsportsmanlike penalty on a clean hit against the Saints.

I can't wait till the Super Bowl. Think about it. The colts have only played Super Bowls in Miami.
