Neither a revolver, nor a 1911 should be made of plastic. Steel guns have soul.

Might as well post this link too:

Taurus WHAT'S NEW 2010 CATALOG

Unfortunately, the link may or may not work, depending on time of day, mood of the server, alignment of the stars, and how you hold your mouth when you click the link. :D

Edit: Oops, looks like Alpha7 beat me to it.

Soul is for cool and fondling. Plastic is for work...

1911's shoot better than any tupperware. That ain't just looking and fondling.

Yes; but most any modern handgun will do the job it's supposed to at 21 feet or less. For daily carry, I would think the less soulful, the better. Now, if I was going for distance, I would use only a 1911.

Looks like it should have an orange cap on the end so nobody confuses a toy with a real gun. I don't intend to give up my 642 and 640.

I've often thought about carrying a 44 SA on the hip and a 44 lever in the saddle. Makes you feel like a Clint Eastwood Bada$$.
I am a Clint Eastwood Bada$$. And yes I have drank my own :).
