PARA P 12 45

I have found a used Para Ordnance P12-45 in GA at a gunshop for $375 Is it worth getting it sent to my local gunshop so that I can legally purchase it or should I just look around when i get home to find one? In other words is this a good deal on the pistol?

I am working in GA for right now and only get home for 1 or 2 days on the weekend. So i dont have much chance to browse the local shops as I am spending time with my wife and kids
