At first when i looked at a PX4 i was like another crappy Bretta pistol. But after seeing it work greatly under some adverse condition i was like this a good pistol. and it is, it shoots well, has decent ergonomics, easy to use, and is built tough. the only thing i have seen break on it after 10000's of rounds is this little plastic capture thingy on the recoil spring, the gun works with that broken, only thing is it is a bitch to put back together, since you have to kind work the spring back in. If you want to buy one, buy it you would love this gun.

A friend of mine has one in 9mm that I've shot several times. I liked it. It fits my hand and pointed well for me. The rolling barrel and recoil is a bit odd at first, but no big deal. I'm not a big fan of the slide mounted safety, but YMMV.

i went to buy this pistol because I really like the way it felt and pointed. When I got there they only had the full size and not the sub compact like i wanted. After cooling off a bit, I found what i always wanted to have . My very own Springfield XD9 sub compact. I love this pistol and glad they didn't have the Storm I went to get. Also saved me about $100 or so. Now looking at the xd40 :D
