$130 Scope; another one (EOTech) for $350; $50 tripod; $30 Action job; and now a $50. deep dish 11° target recessed crown job (pic below) on a $200 rifle... I'm, sick, I tell you - sick, sick, sick!!!

When will you purchase the ammo for it?

Little-by-little I've managed to squirreled away about 3000 rounds.... but as soon as it's dry enough I'll take care of that problem.

Been in that boat before... it's a sickness building those keepers but you like what you like and that's all that can be said about that.

Very nice. You just don't see many dressed up Marlin 60s.

It seems there's not much in the way of aftermarket goodies specifically for the 60. The 10/22s get all of the attention.

I have a Marlin 60. Had it for many years. My kids grew up shooting it. It still shoots great today. Most of us just add a cheap scope and it's ready to drive tacks. It's interesting to see someone go the extra mile.

Very cool. My friend bought Tech Sights for his Marlin that cost almost as much as the rifle did and I thought he was nuts. You sir, take the cake

We want to see perforated targets!

I Love it!! It would be perfect to break the ice on the 100 yard end of the range when you sit next to a benchrester that is way too serious about punching the X out... it'd be a hoot if you could out shoot'em too!!

That's absolutely ridiculous... in a good way!

With a little work the EOtech would make a good carry handle.

... at 92, you try anything to enable you to more easily see the target, no matter how "ridiculous"!... even though I no longer am able to shoot in a standing position for more than ten minutes, I'm still able to drive myself to the range at least twice a month, weather and aches permitting.

Wow! That's fabulous you can do that.

I hope I hold up that well.
