I'd say it's more self-depreciating than racist.

It promotes destructive lifestyles and glorifies the "hood" lifestyle.

If it were a proactive channel that encouraged education, self-improvement, and provided sound financial advice, instead of encouraging those in poor neighborhoods to rob and drug deal to buy rims and jewelry, I'd fully support it.
