He went to my High School-Overton H.S. in Memphrica. A CAPA ( creative and performing arts ) school, used to be anyway. Hate to see another young Memphis soldier die. The gangs get far too many. At least he died with his boots on.

I have to say that was the happiest, most celebratory funeral I have ever attended. The service was a credit to the man he was and I am poorer for not having personally known him ( as I mentioned he was a HS friend of my wife's). I will say that at the end of the service when they rolled his flag covered casket out I almost lost it like a little girl.
