Robinson Arms Sues Everyone

Ok, so not EVERYONE, but Remington, Bushmaster, Rock River Arms, and Magpul Industries based on alleged infingement of their patent (Multi-caliber ambidextrously controllable firearm #7,596,900) issued 6 October, 2009 and initially filed in August of 2003.

Stifling innovation through lawsuits, THAT'S the American way.

In relation to this, did anyone find out if Kel-Tec ever sued Ruger over the LCP? It was a direct copy of their P3AT. Patents seem to be pretty vague.

Sounds like these guys (Robinson) have been talking to Dick Swann - (ARMS). If you make a crappy product and no one buys it - SUE!!

Robinson Arms is retarded, they get some good ideas but then they leave it halfway undone. This law suit is about as retarded as it gets, no one wants a XCR no matter how good it is, just cuz it is ugly as ****. they are pissed that the ACR is going to be much more successful.

People have held off on buying the XCR because the ACR was coming out. I'll bet now that the ACR is out with its insane price point, Robinson will start selling a lot of these.

I shot one of those a few years back. In fact, that's the gun in my avatar. I had never heard of one before. First time out, a couple screws came loose on it and it would not shoot. The range had a few tools so we put it back together and it shot fine after that.

Not a good 1st impression but it was on loan so it was free to shoot.
