Remington 40x Bore cleaner

Recommended Posts

Remington 40x Bore cleaner I use it for pistols to clean out the barrel before and after shooting. Website said formulated for rifles. I have never had a problem. What say yall? I use this in conjunction with a solvent on the barrel and it really seems to clean em out good.

I was not impressed with it (and neither was the instructor who taught my Remington Armorer class).

Shooter's Choice Bore Cleaner or Butch's Bore Shine are my favorite.

I hear ya on that. I think it works okay. I prefer shooters choice as well but sometimes I gotta take what I can get as money is tight right now. I just thought it was funny that it is formulated for rifles or says so on the website yet the package says for pistols, rifles
