That's pretty cool. In a lot of ways I'd rather have something like that than the full sized version.

Lakeside also makes a Gatling in .22 and an M2 in .17

No that you mention it, I think the mini-Gatling is where I've heard their name before.

Tippman made a bunch of full auto "mini beltfeds" back in the day. They made a 1917 water cooled in .22, a 1919a4 air cooled in .22, and a M2HB in .22 mag. I still see them come up for sale from time to time, but they are very expensive ($15k+). Tippman/Lakeside are usually set up at Knob Creek on MG shoot weekend with all the little beltfeds set up for sale. My brother bought a beltfed .22 upper for his AR at the last shoot.
