Hello my fellow TGO'ers. As my title says, this year i am celebrating an early valentines day. Why you may ask? Well, the wife and myself are deploying to afghanistan before the actual day. Last Vday i had reservations for the melting pot :ugh:. I have no idea what to do this year. What do you guys suggest? I have a couple weeks left....:stare:

Shoot REPEAT the Melting Pot...WINNER WINNER...Fondo Dinner. That's where I'm planning on taking my lovely bride. The other place I might suggest is Nero's Grill in Green Hills...very swanky place...yet laid back and relaxed.

How much money you want to spend and how much time do you have off?

I would take her to a Four Seasons hotel for a night of dinner, massage and what ever else you can think of.

Expensive - Yup, but if you are going to the Sandbox for a while she will definitely appreciate it.

We're both cheap. Went to Carabba's on our wedding anniversary. Probably will for Valentine's Day, too. Although Valentino's sounds good, too.
