It appears to be some sort of shoulder launched mortar or grenade system...only thing that I could envision it being used for.

They said it was some electropulse. They didn't illustrate its effectiveness.

Ok......How much does the launcher weigh and how much do the rounds weigh?

Looks to me like an RPG-7 is still superior.
