Screw it. It should be a federal permit and then it should be accepted by all states. Hell it's a constitutional right, somthing called the 2nd ammendmemt.

Yea, I think all handgun permit holders feel that way.

I caught something on an RSS feed about WV having some bill up that changes reciprocity requirements. I think it passed the House and was headed for the Senate or whatever they have there.

The rumor about WV is that after the KY and VA reciprocity agreements were put into place the guy who makes it all happen ( can't remember the office) lost an election and the new guy hasn't approved any. If the governor wants it to go through then it will go through. Manchin is extremely popular and most of the delegates are in there because he endorsed them. I think he even has some relatives in there.
