I thought it was the third Tuesday of the month. When did this change.

Son of a...

Well, when you're right you're right. I won't be able to make it next Tuesday as I already have other commitments.

Crap.

Hmm... looks interesting. Would it be OK for me to try and make this? I never knew about the TFA. I just made a registration on their site, and am waiting on approval. Looks like their site is kinda' dead, though. A few of the forums have their most recent posts a few months ago! What gives?

From all appearances, as I see now, there will be no meetings in Nashville in November and December.

*sigh*

I think I'm just going to call this a bad investment on my part and just step away from the TFA thing from here on out. At the September meeting we discussed the fact that postponing meetings would kill what little momentum this chapter has. I guess that idea didn't gain any traction.

If there's no meeting in Nov/Dec..the chapter will fail...again. I don't understand why they seem so..timid on getting a chapter up and running here in Nashville. If one of the holidays fell on the 20th...then yes...move the meeting. Just canceling the meetings out of hand because there's a holiday in that month is stupid.

Bummer... wanna get our own group together? I'll show up! How 'bout meeting at some restaurant somewhere between Nasvhille and Murfreesboro, as that seems to be where most of us who are interested live?

Picadilly's on Mboro road is a good place to meet. The Music City Mustang Club meets there, and there's plenty of room for everyone to sit together.

If someone here wants to start a monthly middle TN TGO meeting, I'll do everything I can to help from my side. I just don't have the free time to organize it at this point. :(

Well, I know I am a total unknown to all you guys, but if you wanted to give a go at meeting up at Picadilly on the night of the 20th, say 6:30 or 7pm until ? I'll call and check the Dilly to reserve a room/corner for us. I'll also set up a little bit of meet and greet type stuff so us noobs (me!) don't feel left out.

Everyone who would be in for showing up on the 20th, chime in we'll get 'er done! Feel free to e-mail me or call me on my celly at 615 423 5522.

Please post here if you are going to try andf make it.

Tungsten: would it be possible to also post a link to this thread somewhere else to maybe get the attention of folks in the area who may not be browsing this particular thread?
