Hamilton ought to not go at this like it is a fire sale.

Sounds like he is offereing to anyone who will answer the phone.

Seems to me more damage will be done by making a crappy hire. They would be way better off to take time and do a proper search.

We dont need Fulmer 2.0. The best recruit he had at Duke was a 3 star'er. If Hamilton cant find anyone better than Cutcliffe I would rather have Kippy.

I tend to agree with this.

As far as the 3 star recruit thing, to be fair, you have to compare apples to apples. Higher rated recruits will be more inclined to come to Tennessee because it's Tennessee.......powerhouse conference, top shelf facilities, national TV 9 or 10 times a years, etc. Duke just doesn't have that sort of built-in draw, and who the Head Coach is doesn't really change that.
