Question regarding the Classified ad section

3. Approved Items:

• No links to ebay or other outside selling sites.
  
• Private party ads only - NO vendor ads / NO retail or commercial sales. Commercial sales belong in the Authorized Vendor forums.
  
• No repeats or multiples of the same item sold by the same seller. The Trading Post is intended for occasional private party offerings only; ongoing or repeat sales give the appearance of a commercial venture and may be removed.

• I have began the hobby of building leather holsters. If I decide to make one and offer it for sale in the classifieds, would this cause a problem? What if I offered more than one. I guess what I'm asking is where do you draw the line between a private individual and a vendor. Thanks, Greg

If you sell a few of them, no big deal. If it becomes a frequent thing that you are doing to make additional money, it becomes a business ... even in the eyes of the government.
