Hey guys, found this forum a while ago and have been lurking around.

I'm a college kid from New Mexico and I go to school in Knoxville, I've been shooting since I was 7 or 8 with my dad and the scouts. I'm working at building up my collection now, and getting my concealed carry permit when I turn 21.

I've got a ruger 10/22 that I got when I was 10 or so and a Marlin .22 that we got when I was 7.

I recently acquired a Smith and Wesson M&P 9mm. It is my first handgun and I can't wait to pick up some more.

I do all my shopping and shooting at the Coal Creek Armory in Knoxville, but still need to find a rifle range to shoot at.

I'm looking to add a Walther p22 to my collection in the next couple weeks. Then Start an AR build. Then pick up a nice carry weapon and a few more rifles as money allows.

I'm also into jeeps so any spare I have money gets split between my rubicon and my guns.

Welcome Jon, from a former scout trooper. Some of my fondest memories were from my scouting adventures! Your not a "KID" anymore, Jon, you sir, are a MAN! :)

Welcome from Cleveland, most recently formerly from Knox.

John Sevier is an inexpensive public range.

If you can afford it on a college budget, consider a membership at ORSA (Oak Ridge). Great rifle ranges there.
