Paula Dean did something very similar -- seling homemade food from home -- in the very same city as this story. Although, she very well may have had the proper paperwork needed to run such a business

Well, in all seriousness this is a growing problem. I read a thread on another forum where some of the biscuits and gravy have been showing up in Mexico.:D
