Anyone heard of LoboGunLeather? After talking to some on the 1911fourm, and checking out his website , I'm thinking of ordering a holster from him . I haven't been able to find anyone with anything bad to say about his work, and after talking to him by email, looks like a go. I really watch what I put my money in, and his stuff seems first rate. Will have a 4 week wait, will post photos and report on it for tgo. Mr. Moderator please feel free to move this , sorry I posted it in the wrong place.

I'm not familiar with them, but pretty nice looking stuff. Maybe not as detailed in the boning as some, but overall very serviceable and attractive looking.

Quite a convoluted ordering process though, apparently send a form contact, then wait till he sends you actual address for payment, or sends you a PayPal invoice, or something?

Cool, will look forward to your review.

I'm sort of a holster freak.

I've wasted my share of money on holsters, guess everyone has.Even tried a few of them new kydex ones, not for me, can't stand the noise. Over the yrs have out grown iwb,:) Use my G&G pancake for my 1911, now that I'm carrying the G19:shhh:, more my High Noon iwb just won't cut it. Best holster I've ever owned a Roy Baker Hidden Thunder, was lost with a M19 when my truck was stolen at Vandy. Bought that thing in 79 in Bakersfield Ca. When I first became a reserve deputy, had it 20yrs. and 1 month. Truck and revolver were easily replaced, not so the holster, haven't seen one for sale in over 15 yrs. and it was for a M39 (yuck). If ya want a good belt at a decent price check out Looperlawenforcement, I've had one of their belts 2 yrs. I think it's a great belt and a bargain.
