Ok I have the itch for a new gun. I am looking at maybe another 1911 but thought you guys might give me some thoughts as what to buy next.

Carry size matters not. Ill carry anything

A Range gun would be ok.

Caliber is a non-issue with me.

I’m not big on revolvers. But open to thinking one over.

Glocks are a BIG no. But plastics are fine.

No price range.

I am just looking for something I don’t have and is fun to shoot.

My newest is a P226 in .357 Sig, I'm having a ball at the range with it and it's a manly man caliber!!!!

With that said, you know I'm a SIG guy like you but my next gun will be a Glock22 Gen 4 !!!!! COOP

Depends on your definition of fun. For me, fun shooting is challenging shooting. Guns that punch out the X with a minimum of effort and with large ammo capacities aren't fun to me.

I'd get a .357 mag snubbie like S&W M&P360. Ridiculous to shoot with full powered loads, but still fun. And crazy accurate.

Or a 3.5" 1911. I like shooting those a lot.

I see so far:

Kahr PM45

Les Baer TRS

STI Rogue

Colt New Agents

S&W M&P 9 Pro 5in

XDm 9mm

P226 in .357 Sig

Kimber

HK P2000 V2

Beretta PX4 Storm

Kimber SIS

S&W M&P 340 J Frame Centennial

S&W M&P360

I also see evryone likes something diffrent. This says alot for the handguns out there right now to pick from.

Yeah, I want one. Back in NC the Gunshop had the whole series @ well below retail. I decided not to and have regretted it ever since. I have never seen one in a store here and they are all but sold out and extinct online.

H&K P2000SK for carry

SA XD9mm,H&K P30 or H&K HK45c for range

DW Valor as a all around and something in 45.

If yo do revolver go S&W 500 or S&W 460XVR

Although why are Glocks a bug no?
