Beagle needs a home...

One of my sons is moving to FL. He has a gorgeous female beagle that is not going and needs a home. (We have two dogs already, and just can't.) Her name is Lady Belle, she's 3 years old, very lively and playful. We are in Gallatin; free to anyone that will give her a loving home.

I'm afraid to say my cat would kill the pup, but I gotta ask why would someone leave something precious behind?

I've been asking that same question for years now...

Seems folks don't take some responsibilities as seriously as they do others. And I've got the 7 dogs to prove it. ( All 7 were abandoned by previous owners. )

I hope the pup finds a good home, and hate that I'm not in a position to help... but as I tell my wife, we can't save 'em all.

He took one dog and cat with him; Lady Belle just couldn't fit in the small car.

The dog doesn't need a new home, it needs shuttle service to Florida...

No; it needs to be someone's hunting companion. Life cooped up in a kid's apartment isn't fair to this dog.

If it'd poke it's little beagle-y nose outside right now, I'm sure it'd be thumbing it's way south in short order... 'cause I just came back in with my seven, and didn't none of us like it. And we sure as hell weren't about to go hunting anything. ( It's 9 degrees out there right now. )

Anyway, I hope the dog finds a good home.

Me, I'm gonna seriously think about moving someplace warm...

BTW... I don't hunt anymore.... I've killed all I'm ever going to, without being forced into it.

Yes, she is. In the habit of eating once a day, has a cage that my son let her sleep in. She is NOT a layaround dog; full of energy and love.
