I follow the NFL.

Today there are any number of games with playoff implications.

So what game is being televised here in Ktown?

The freaking Bills vs. Colts.

C'mon, give me a break.

Oooh but Peyton Manning is playing, oooh Peyton.

Who gives a rats ass about this guy when he will be yanked early on, the outcome of the game is meaningless and there are meaningful games being played?

**ck Peyton Manning!

God forbid anyone would root for their hometown boy and not be so shallow as to switch teams every year so they can always be rooting for that year's best.

BTW....They have pay per view and sports bars ya know.

It's just part of the master plan to get you to buy a more expensive cable or dish package so that you can choose the game that YOU want to watch.

Mike,

I know you are a Bengal's fan, as I am I suggest you get Direct TV, the NFL package on there is outstanding and you can always watch your team play if that is worth the coin to you.

I have not switched teams since 1968 and yeah, just what I want to do, go to a bar  Is Peyton ( bow when you say that boy) the only ex-Vol playing right now?

Direct TV is not an option, there is no line of sight for a satellite dish here.

My son has Direct TV in AZ. They also offer a computer application where you can watch it over high speed internet. He gave me the link and his user name/password. He also gave it to a buddy of his who is a 49'er fan. I am deferring today so his friend can watch.

You had me at Bengal fan , lost me at Ohio State ;)

Roger that, my team is on TV tonight. It is only means anything if the Pat's lose today.

You have 3 options....

1 - Post on the internet like a whiney little school girl.

2 - Move

or

3 - Man up and deal with it bunky.

Last time I checked, Peyton wasn't a hometown boy either. Louisiana, pretty sure. :D

It was a meaningless game when other games had playoff implications. The person that chooses which game the staion is going to carry probably has a lifesize Peyton cardboard standup figure in his bedroom.

WTF, We always get the Colt's games here. First we get the Titan's. Even though they are in Nashville I can sort of understand the logic there. At least i get to see my second favorite team on local TV everyweek. Of course that would be whoever the Titan's are playing. Then if no Titan's game in that time slot we get the Colt's. ALWAYS. Without fail. Then it used the be the Jets, when Pennington was on their roster.

I have watched every Bengal game this year. So I guess I chose option #3

I think he chose option 1. :D

See above

Are you one of the many around here who have little UT flags and little Colt's flags flying from their cars? If so I crack on you every time I see you.

4- Buy a chainsaw.

:):D:D

No, while not afraid of death, I am not rushing it any. Not gonna see me chainsawing 100 foot tall hickory trees.

Went to that game back in 92 or 93. Bears/Lions at Soldier Field on Christmas night. It was the second coldest football game I ever attended.

Nope I live in Nashville and only fly UT flags when I am going to a game. But I am glad you found somthing to do to make you feel better about yourself. :D

Alright Mike, you have crossed the line

1. Bashing Ohio State

2. Bashing Tennessee Titans,

So while the Bengal's are my 3rd favorite NFL team, after the Chargers and Titans, I hope they lose now :D

Peyton, hey you can always catch him in chessy commericals. At least they only last 30 - 60 seconds, thank goodness.
