Looking for good gunsmith near Cookville

Just moved here from California (Thank God we escaped before we were forced to learn Spanish)! Have a Ruger 44 Carbine that just locked up on me. Pulled the bolt back to chamber a shell from the magazine and it just locked open. There is some movement when I move it back and forth but nothing unlocks it to where it will close the breech ready to fire. Hmmmm, anyone got any ideas or referral of a good gunsmith in or around Cookville?
