Please be on the look out for a Ruger New Vaquero SS w/7.5" barrel. I had just added a nice set of Maple and Elk stag grips. The serial # is 510-25079.

This was taken out of my truck about 1:15 this morning in the Halls area. If you see or hear of this please contact me and/or The Knox Co. Sheriffs Dept.

That sucks. Being LEO, hopefully you will find it through the pawn shops. Post a Want To Buy ad in the Bargain Mart for Ruger revolvers, maybe you'll luck out, rather than vice versa.

Man, that sucks.

Best of luck getting it back.

Sorry to hear about the loss. Really sucks that such a fine pistol was stolen........

Not that you need a reminder now but it is imperative that people do not leave anything of value in their vehicles...even in their driveways. Criminals are bold these days and we should know this by now.....

stolenweapon.com?

In addition to stolenweapon.com, I'd add it to http://www.hotgunz.com/report.php

Local authorities should get it on the TBI list but I don't know how a national search database picks it up. Helluva way to start the new year. Best of Luck getting it back.

Hope the rest of the year goes better for you. Unfortunately Mike is probably dead on.

Not to derail the thread, but why don't these sites list the serial numbers of stolen guns? I would rather have the serial number of my stolen gun displayed than provide the serial number of every gun I want to look up to a stranger.

I know these guys are good intentioned, but it seems like they are going about it backwards to me.

Sorry to hear about the theft. That sucks.
