I bought one about a month ago in Union City, TN for 500+ tax. The manager showed me it cost him 489.98 so I felt pretty good about it. That's a bit of a drive for you if you're in Clarksville (120 miles), but I guess that depends on how bad you want one. The place is located at 1703 west main st. Union City, TN. I can get the number for you if you're really interested.

I've seen them on Guns and Leather twice in the last six months. You could keep checking there, or pick one up off of Gunbroker.

Called G&L - none in stock. Found one of the new Mini-14 tacticals at Gun and Knife Country and bought that! I'm fond of the Mini and these new ones are slick with the flash hider and improved barrel. SU-16C is still on my list.
