Names Joe, I'm in the Knox area. I drifted away from shooting after my Dad pasted in 95. I kinda drifting back with the idea of picking up my carry permit. I've shot for over forty years and did a good bit of reloading but never picked or bought a handgun for carry so at this I'm pure green. My first pick right now is a J frame .38.

As I said I don't talk much but Dad always said keep your mouth shut and your ears open you'll learn more. I'll most likely have a few ? but mostly I'll enjoy listening to others. Thank for having me over.

Seems that your Dad was a wise man! I don't know who I first heard say that or something similar but I try to follow that also. But don't let that keep you from jumping in with your 2 cents worth.
