My app and fingerprints were sent on 11/10/09, contacted Lisa Knight by e-mail today,she returned my e-mail within 10 minutes and told me it was issued on 12/18/09 and to allow 10 to 14 days for printing.so that's 38 days and plus 14 is 52 days all together.not bad.Wally walk here we come.

Something must have kicked in gear on the 18th. They told me and my buddy that both of ours printed on the 18th...10-14 days yada yada yada.....

I told her that it sure would be a nice Christmas present from the State.

Yea I am getting soooo impatient. Fingerprinted and all on 10-12, e-mailed on 11-9 and the reply said to allow 90 days. on 12-7 I called and they said it was approved and I would have it 10 to 14 days, guy said I should have it before Christmas. Called back today and the told me it was issued on the 18th. I am really getting impatient,,, did I say that already?

I seen Alpha7 had his issued on the 17th and received it on the 21st. I just knew it would be here today,,,, not.

Ok now....alot of people's were supposedly issued on the 18th....thats been 12 days now (with a Holiday, I know)......any body got it in the mail yet?

I called today and my was issued on 12/18 but I am still waiting for it to get here, I got a trip to ATL coming up and I'd like everything to be legal

I bet they mail them out in lot's,my guess is all that were issued on the 18th will get them mailed out the same day.

I called again yesterday. She said issued on the 18th and probably mailed on the 20th....allow 10-14 days for shipping. I said really 10 days?? I live right outside of Nashville. I wish some how the government had competition....that might change the dynamics of how they operate....

This could be why....

Mr. Carter, our records show that you applied for your permit on 11/23/09, your permit was issued on 12/18/09 and was downloaded at our print farm on 12/22/09. The print farm has not actually printed your permit yet, you should receive your permit in about 14 days.

We have ninety (90) days from the date you applied to issue your permit.
