BELLY UP?

Went by Smoky Mountain Outfitters in Morristown the other day and noticed that their outdoor sign said building for sale or lease. Other side said business closing end of the month.

Even though their customer service was nonexistant, I always hate to see a gunshop close. Now the local detectives are going to have to find somewhere else to spend all day shooting the BS!

Someone told me the owner had another shop in another city? Maybe downsizing or combining?

I also hate to see a gunshop close it's doors. I do most of my local business with M&M. I've been in SMO quite a few times but have not bought much there. The place always smelled like an ashtray and the staff, although I wouldn't go so far as to call them rude, wasn't as welcoming as I would expect from a business that is competing for my dollars. What we need here is a gun shop with a range! I'd shoot several times a month if I had a place to do it without spending a large part of the day traveling to and from the range.

My business partner had a gun he bought shipped there right before they closed. He also said they were merging into their store in Greeneville.

I wish I had the money to open an indoor gun range. I go over to Sevierville quite often but it is quite a drive.
