New Shotty!

Well, guys I work with are gun nuts and for Christmas gave me a gift card! Needing a new shotty, I picked up a H&R Pardner Pump from Dicks today. From what I've read, H&R has the same parent company as Remington and the Pardner is a nearly identical copy of the 870. All parts are interchangeable, except barrels, but you can pick those up from H&R for around $50 after shipping.

I've had a couple 870's and I can't tell much difference. The receiver is unpolished but internally no machining marks or anything I didn't have with the 870's. Pretty good bargain that didn't cost me much. I'm happy.

Will probably add a Knoxx Spec Opps stock, a side saddle, a mag extension, and some sights as time and money permit. When it's all said and done I don't plan on having more than $300 in a fully decked out shotty! Not bad IMO.

Anyone know of any ghost ring sights that will work with a top rail? It is drilled and tapped already.

(Sorry for cell phone pics.)

They're running $219 with a $10 off store discount. I had a $100 gift card so it wasn't bad at all.
