That guy who was seen nude while inside his own home has been convicted of indecent exposure. Virginia Man Convicted of Indecent Exposure for Being Naked in His Own Home - Local News | News Articles | National News | US News - FOXNews.com

Of course, he probably should have had curtains or blinds. But what if you were at home and the blinds/curtains were slightly cracked and the peeping Tom across the street with his binoculars caught a glimpse of your junk? Could he press charges?:D

Edit: I just realized that I left the word "have" out of the title of this thread and am a moron.

"The mother and child allegedly observed the defendant, 29-year-old Erick Williamson, first through a doorway and again through a window that had no drapes,"

I think it all comes down to intent. If he's swinging his junk around in front of a picture window with a sign that says "Come get some" that is a problem. If you're just rolling around your house naked, well, no problem.

Thankfully my junk is small enough that even in a drapeless house I'll never have to worry about this problem.

Though it is disquieting that this guy will be a registered sex offender and the ejaculating cop will not. Irvine California Police Officer gets away with ejaculating on a motorist during a traffic stop
