Snopes is calling it "Undetermined"... but the idea of even going to THAT extreme to get a high... wtf. There are some seriously twisted people out there... and this is just further proof.

EDIT: Further digging revealed this link: http://urbanlegends.about.com/library/bl_jenkem.htm -- Which goes on to state that although the Sheriff's bulletin was real, it is believed to be based off a prank that some kid had posted on another forum. I assume things snowballed, word got out, and the Sheriff's office picked up on it. Assuming it was real, they issued the warning.

So I guess the good news is that if you catch your kids huffing **** water, it's not the Jenkem drug craze. Bad news is, your kid is one screwed up individual.
