Fancy posting help?

I'm no tech guy but how do some of you post with the you-tube image in your post? I think it might be called embedding?? I don't know what I'm talking about!? Any help?

On a You-Tube page, you'll find the little box called "URL" on the right. Highlight it so it goes blue. Hold down "Control" then "C" at the same time to copy it. On your new post, release it by doing "Control" and "V" and it should leave a Youtube address in blue. That should do it after you hit "post." If not, select the "Embed" line and repeat. You won't see it immediately. If it doesn't happen with "URL" do an "Edit" on your post and try the "Embed".

Hit the post reply button and paste the URL, and it will show up automatically.

It doesn't seem to work in the quick reply you have to hit Post Reply.

Again not the embed tag just the url.

All I get is a link provided but not the You tube image. I'm not sure I'm articulating what I'm trying to achieve. Suntzu and a few others do it all the time. Its a you tube image with the play button on it????? I don't know.
