C3 Defense - sweet deals

Recommended Posts

  • Admin Team

I was checking out the website of one of the vendors at the expo, C3 Defense, and found that among other specials, they are running these sweet deals through the end of the year.

BUY ANY RECEIVER / UPPER SET AND GET A CLANDESTINE .22LR SUPPRESSOR FOR FREE!

BUY 5 OR MORE LOWER RECEIVERS AND GET A CLANDESTINE .22LR SUPPRESSOR AND LOWER PARTS KIT PER RECEIVER FOR FREE!!!

I called and spoke with their CEO, Buzz Baker, and he told me that there was no limit on the specials, so if I wanted to order 3 upper/lower enhanced receiver sets at $399 he would make sure to ship out 3 suppressors along with the order.

Joe was extrodinarily gracious on the transfers, so sometime next spring there are going to be some fun projects built. .458 socom, here I come.

I was very impressed with their .22LR suppressor at the Expo this past weekend. The quality/fit and finish seemed great. A tad heavy for a can, but the weight could help with muzzle rise.

Their uppers seemed top notch too.

I would've gone for that if I'd known about it at the show. I was on the fence about buying a receiver, and decided to wait on their .223 suppressor instead of buying a .22 can. That would've made me do it. Heck, it still might...

DO IT!!!!!!

It's an all steel can, so that accounts for the weight when you're used to aluminum. On the plus side, though, since it's steel it can go in the ultrasonic tank for cleaning.

Plus, I'll give any company with top notch service a plug. You can tell they are a small company, and they said they've been overrun with the response to the specials and from the show. That said, they make it clear they want to earn your business. They were very helpful in answering my questions, and ordering was easy.

I'm held up on the stamp. I'd still have to pay 200 bucks to the ATF for my free .22 suppressor, and I hate to do that only to buy a .223 suppressor and pay another 200 bucks not long after.

I am right there with you!

For me, my first .22 can was well worth the $200 tax stamp, as it gets more use than any other can I own.

I made the leap not too long ago, and every round of .22 I've fired since has been suppressed. It's ear safe, ammo's cheap and that's important because everyone wants to shoot it with the can on it. I mirrored the setup of my 5.56 with a .22 Upper from Tactical Solutions, and it's made me put a lot more rounds through the AR platform.

If you don't have anything with a threaded barrel, it may be worth it to stick with the .223 can when they release it. My problem is the opposite - now that I've got a .22 can, I've put threaded barrels on everything I shoot regularly from the 10/22 to the MKIII, M4, etc...

Guys, just letting you know that our 223 can is out and alive now. Awesome deal at $450 retail. It works real smooth too. Our new suppressor website is launching real soon. Outpost Armory that was at the show is a new stocking dealer as well as Tactical Response. We'd love to have Joe at Hero Gear as a stocking delear is someone can drop a bug in his ear for us :yum:

Thanks for the positive feedback guys!

I saw them at the show too, and was really impressed with there colored lowers.

Really liked the green, but I believe the do not use T7075 for there lowers. So

I declined. As for there free suppressor, you still have to give the feds $200 and

do all the paperwork, don't want to do that :yum: either.
