I got it at Providence Best Buy for $2701 with the 4 year year extended warranty, I was skeptical about spending this much on a TV but it is definately worth every cent

This sounds bad but...

I hope your TV breaks. I would hate to pay for the 4 year warranty and never need it. Then I would feel like I wasted money.

Nice TV man. Enjoy it.

Thanks

I actually got the 4 year deal and the TV for less than the TV was marked the first time I looked at them, so I am quite pleased and if it does break I have no worries!

Yeah. Its one of those things for me where I end up screwed either way. If I buy it, i dont need it and if I dont buy it, it breaks. I hate those warranties for that reason. haha

Nope. I pay for fire insurance on my house. I hope it ends up as a waste of money.

The bad thing about these new fangled things is that they're outdated in just a few months.

The good thing about them is they only last a couple years before going kerplunk which means you get to upgrade all over again again.

I bought the extended warranty from Carmax on our dodge Mini van....it has paid for itself almost 3 times. When it gets out today or Friday, I will have had ball joints replaced, struts replaced, stereo fixed, rack and pinion replaced, and other little small items in the front end, I'm out about 1500 for the warranty, and another 300 for the deductible. The so all in all I have spent about a third of what I would have if I had not have had it.

The thing about warranties, if you buy them and are able to use them, you love them, if you buy them and don't get to use them, they suck. For those that have never used them, they suck, but for those that have used them and it saved them..they like them.

Oh back to your regularly scheduled programing, nice tv!

Yeah I'm sorry. I should have clarified, I wasnt trying to knock you for getting the warranty.

And DB, your problem is you bought a Dodge. haha

Well yea, there is that, even more reason the estended warranty is important!;)

And of course, IFS sucks balls to work on, diagnose and pay for!
