Any Fishermen out there?

I am a big fisherman myself. If I could, I would go fishing everyday, or at least every other day...haha.

Just this past year, I have gotten into Musky Fishing pretty exclusively, but still enjoy fishing for anything from Musky, down to bluegill..haha.

So what about it? I know some of you guys gotta be fishermen.

Been learning three years now. Lucky that my in-laws upgrade their equiptment and I get hand me downs. Never been Musky fishing, if your willing to teach, I'd be happy to learn. I mainly fish trout at Caney Fork, and Priest Lake area........

I fly fish, bass, cat, and just fish. "A bad day fishing is better than a good day at work"

Where do you Musky fish? I did a little when I lived up north, loved Walleye fishing too.

Mainly Melton Hill Lake, but there are several rivers in the area that hold a pretty descent population of musky as well. As well as several lakes&rivers in middle TN as well.

I love to fish. Right now all I really do is trout fish with a crappy fly rod and reel but I find that more enjoyable than fishing from the shore (no boat). When I was a kid we had a john boat and went fishing nearly daily on the bayou. The good thing about the bayou was you never came home empty handed.

I'd trout fish more but I run into people who seem to more interested in the trout fishing look and how much they spent on their rod than they are in catching fish. I'm, out there to catch fish (and let them go usually), wade and talk to friends (I talk too much, ask OhShoot). I'm generally not interested in gear comparisons. Look, I appreciate that someone saw a River Runs Through it and spent several thousand dollars on gear to get the look but I'm after fish.

Oh, sorry about the rant. there are muskie in TN? I never knew...

Oh, you are holding the fish all wrong. See you are supporting the spine with your left hand when it should be my hand holding the fish up.

Fantastic pics. I see at least three different times you caught really nice fish, are you trying to make me jealous? If so, call it a day and hit the sack, you win.

As far as catch and release goes ANY fish I'm not eating gets released.

I like to fish when i have time i fish for anything, I have been musky fishing a couple times haven't caught one yet but have been with guys when they caught them.

x2 on the catch and release only on muskie it takes several years for one to grow to a trophy size (40"+)

I have a few muskie baits my stepdad and I used to make ans sell on ebay, they are pretty good at least in our fishing holes
