My buddy called me today and passed this story to me. I don't know the hunter. My friend doesn't know him well but lives in the next town over in TX. Evidently O'Brien (hunter) knew someone who knew someone and went to NE to hunt. His party was given permission to hunt a small part of a large ranch. He was about to pull the trigger on a little 8 point when he caught this deer coming into view. Boy he was luck not to pull the trigger!

:eek: Holy :rant: Batman!! What a freak buck!! It's amazing how your nerves work on you the bigger the buck gets. His nerves must have been in overdrive when he held on this bad boy!
