I have a butter knife and some Pluto stickers from one of the kids old sticker books. I'm thinking of creating an "elite" weapon. I have no clue where the idea came from....I'm like that.

I'm researching the current FDA recommendations for determining non-toxic dosages of intravenous vancomycin in the treatment of nosocomial-obtained methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus in patients with mild-to-moderate renal impairment that are status-post extremity amputation and have incurred a secondary wound cellulitis post-operatively. I'm finding that the accepted trough range is now up to 15 dcl vs 10, as was the recommendation.

Other than that...just chillin'. I'm like that.
