I was driving around I-640 in Knoxvegas and saw a big sign for a place that said "Boats and Guns" near the Broadway exit. Anybody know the store? Any good? Thanx!

You are likely looking at a sign for Fox & Company. I haven't been in there in a long time but the last time I was in, their gun side of the business wasn't much. Back in the early to mid 1980's they were a fully stocked gun store and had a gunsmith onsite. I'm not sure anymore.

I recall they had (have) some decent marine mechanics also.

You might look them up and give them a call, it has been several years since I visited the store.

They do a little smith work but I'm pretty sure they don't sell firearms anymore...shame, years ago, they were very popular

firearms no more, just boats and boat parts. Only thing on Broadway to my knowledge is Randy's which is just before you go over Black Oak on the left. Higher than most places on most stuff, ok supply of reloading stuff....

It is a shame. I bought my first rifle there - a 10/22 in '83.
