Noob Intro

Recommended Posts

Hey all. Just want to introduce myself and ask you guys (and gals) to be patient with any noob questions I might throw out there. Growing up my dad taught me how to handle a gun from age 8 and after hunter safety class he and I would go hunting almost every weekend each year until he passed in 2004. We were also involved in skeet, trap and clay shooting and I tell ya it was some of the best time for a father and son to have together. I was fortunate enough to have a dad who wasnt afraid to teach me how to properly handle a gun and give me the confidence to use one. I hope everyone can take the time to get their kids involved in the safe way to handle a firearm...cause they sure are fun!

Anyway, when he passed he left me a collection of over 50 guns :P, of which I have cut down to 22 now :D

I am about to get my carry permit and have just now started to get back into shooting sports since my dad passed. I do know how to use em, but I am not the most well versed in the latest and greatest technology and terminology so I ask for your patience and thank you ahead of time for your help!

:D
